Products and Orders
2.1. Our Service allows you to purchase a variety of products (“Goods”). By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
Returns and Refunds

3.2. Returns within a seven-day period are accepted. However, we are unable to accept returns after this stage, except for articles that are unused, damaged, or defective.
3.3. Only Goods meeting the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy will be eligible for return and refund.

4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 804 by Kolachi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 804 by Kolachi.
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 804 by Kolachi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
